The Lacanche induction top is available on all model range cookers. Models over 1 metre wide can have a mix of induction and gas. The inductors under the glass-ceramic surface work with electromagnetic field technology. The controls are located on the front panel which is helpful as it will not get hot. The induction cooking rings heat instantly producing very precise heat. This heat is never wasted. The vessel is heated from underneath and nothing escapes from the sides as in gas cooking. The rest of the cooktop will remain cool to ensure no burnt fingers. To learn more please contact us via www.manor.com.au
